In the bad qualities of human beings the worst is being stingy.Those who do not have the principle of Truth and Triumph and those who are stingy should not be helped,All the others which are outside this category can be(must be)helped.When we help the persons those who are not true and those who are stingy we may face difficulties.Giving is divine.When we give something all blessings will automatically be credited to us.
